I believe that each of us is unique, with our own experiences and knowledge and that we have the resources within us to manage our problems. Sometimes though we can feel overwhelmed by circumstances in our lives and then we may need support to access those resources. I can draw on a range of theoretical models and professional experience to support you in working through your own unique struggles.

We often think we should be able to manage on our own and may feel a sense of failure if we can’t resolve our problems. Some of us feel daunted by the thought of telling someone else what we’re going through.
Anxiety may hold us back and yet the decision to deal with our difficulties can be an important step towards enhancing our lives.
When you decide to seek help it’s very important to choose a trained counsellor who you feel able to talk to. This relationship is at the heart of talking therapy.
